Losing weight is mostly about diet. Avoid fried food, cheese and anything else with fat. Running is a great option since you donโ€™t have much time but consistency is the key. Once you are regular with running for 2-3 months you can start gym for more focused training. All the best man, itโ€™s a beautiful journey. Youโ€™ll be super proud and confident of yourself once you lose weight โœŒ๏ธ
