I am trying to loose weight I am 84kgs and 174cm wondering what would be appropriate path. Whether to start running or walking and doing diet or to start going to gym . I'm a jee aspirant so i dont have a lot of time please give me suggestions for the appropriate path.

Losing weight is mostly about diet. Avoid fried food, cheese and anything else with fat. Running is a great option since you don’t have much time but consistency is the key. Once you are regular with running for 2-3 months you can start gym for more focused training. All the best man, it’s a beautiful journey. You’ll be super proud and confident of yourself once you lose weight ✌️

Focus on High intensity workouts for 30 mins daily. Cut off all the junk, sugar, increase protien in your diet, replace snacking with green tea or zero calories bevrages. Take 8hrs of sleep, less stress. Keep your CBC, and other profiles checked on a 2 months basis. If there's any medical condition like thyroids or anything. Start taking proper medications. Do walking while listening to podcast or lectures ay least for an hour.
