Focus on High intensity workouts for 30 mins daily. Cut off all the junk, sugar, increase protien in your diet, replace snacking with green tea or zero calories bevrages. Take 8hrs of sleep, less stress. Keep your CBC, and other profiles checked on a 2 months basis. If there's any medical condition like thyroids or anything. Start taking proper medications. Do walking while listening to podcast or lectures ay least for an hour.
