I was at 34LPA in my last job which I quit recently, took a break and the markets seem to have gone nuts? The highest offer I have received is 24LPA. Anyone else facing problems in switch?

Market correction. For anyone who is thinking of switching for a "hike", sit tight wherever you are and pray to god you don't get laid off until the markets recover.
