Swiggy or Zomato? What do you use and why? Just trying to understand why people choose a certain app and not the other.

Swiggy. Never installed anything else tbh. Although most of my friends use Zomato. I like the simple UI in Swiggy.

The duopoly of zomato swiggy is the biggest threat for Restaurant and cloud kitchen industry in india.
Why?
Most of the restaurant and cloud kitchen owners are making loss or making razor thin profit when we order through zomato- swiggy
Approx 30
Swiggy is Now Unstoppable I Guess, Dining then Instamart then Pyng; and now Snacc
Even Instamart, Pyng and Snacc got standalone apps.
How they not only competed with zomato but Expanded more than them, Tbh the Story amazed a lot
If you are using food delivery app like swiggy and Zomato.
Which problem you have to face ( problem should be any kind of , ex. Delivery time, cost, app interface, etc. )
And suggest me that if a new food delivery company enters in the market, what
