This new seed stage startup is offering me 30% less salary and ESOP’s worth 2x my annual comp saying that it will explode 10x in the next round? Sould I take it or pass?

Lol, we were promised Esops and what not, startup couldn’t raise, got acquired, we moved in the new company and got jackshit. Literally nothing while the founders made a ton. False promises are a common occurence in BLR startups. Need to be careful.
