This new seed stage startup is offering me 30% less salary and ESOP’s worth 2x my annual comp saying that it will explode 10x in the next round? Sould I take it or pass?

Tricky. A lot of seed companies never make it to SeriesA. SeriesA is one of the most challenging rounds in India as the VC pool shrinks significantly post Seed round. very few VC’s, lesser chances. You have to tread carefully. Only if you believe that they are truly wonderful and are growing great, leadership is sound, only then take it. More like you yourself are betting on the startup.
