Reo.Dev, an intent platform designed specifically for developer-first software companies, has raised $4 million in a seed funding round led by Heavybit, with participation from India Quotient and Foster Ventures. The Bengaluru- and San Francisco-based company had previously raised $1.2 million in the same round back in February 2024 from India Quotient and others. The proceeds will be utilized to double its workforce, establish its first U.S. office, and accelerate product development to support the evolving needs of developer-focused companies, Reo.Dev said in a press release. Co-founded in 2023 by Achintya Gupta, Gaurav Jain, and Piyush Agarwal, Reo.Dev is an intent platform built specifically for DevTool and software companies. Its AI-native GTM platform captures and interprets developer signals from GitHub, package installs, docs usage, and more to clear pipeline fog and accelerate sales with technology buyers. According to Reo.Dev, more than 100 developer-first companies, including Chainguard, LangChain, N8N, Temporal, DataHub, and Unstructured, are leveraging it to convert developer activity into actionable intent intelligence. Reo.Dev equips sales, marketing, and RevOps teams with real-time insights into engineering teams actively evaluating products, AI-powered visibility and predictions to identify accounts most likely to convert, and a data-driven approach to building ideal customer profiles. The platform also connects developer-led adoption to top-down buying centers, delivering full visibility into the pipeline, shorter deal cycles, and measurable revenue growth. The startup integrates with existing GTM workflows, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach, and Apollo.

The fresh funds will be deployed to scale its manufacturing capabilities, Beyond Appliances said in a press release. Co-founded in 2024 by Eshwar K Vikas and Rakesh Patil, Beyond Appliances allows users to access OTT apps, music, set reminders, and create grocery lists through integrated apps. The brand’s product portfolio includes Android chimneys, plug-and-play chimneys, and smart hobs & cooktops. According to the company, it is witnessing strong repeat rates and consistent month-on-month growth, with its flagship kitchen appliance range continuing to be the primary revenue driver. The company claims to have doubled its revenues post its seed round in November 2024 and now aims to strengthen its core product categories while expanding into new appliance segments, supported by its upcoming manufacturing capacity. Beyond Appliances’ products are currently available via its D2C website, on Amazon and Flipkart, and through multiple retail outlets in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The startup now plans to expand its retail footprint across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Delhi through partnerships with leading offline retailers and modern trade outlets. It competes with other notable players in this space such as Faber, Elica, and Hafele.

EcoEx raises $4 Mn in seed funding round Sustainable waste management solutions startup EcoEx has secured $4 million in a seed funding round co-led by Dovetail Global Fund PCC, Navbharat Investment Fund, and Narnolia Velox Fund along with participation from other investors. The proceeds will be utilized for technology enhancement, talent acquisition, expansion, and strengthening clean technology solutions as it scales its newly launched Waste Commodity App, EcoEx said in a press release. Co-founded in 2020 by Nimit Aggarwal and Akshaya Rath, EcoEx offers expertise in waste collection, waste commodity trading, and EPR services. Bulk waste generators and certified recyclers can do transactions to achieve ethical disposal and compliance norms by using technology tools such as EPR Pro, B2B E-marketplace and mobile apps. “We are on track to cross $20 million in transaction value in FY 25–26, transforming Waste into both a climate and economic opportunity,” said Nimit Aggarwal, founder and Director, EcoEx. Since its inception, EcoEx claims that it has enabled PIBOs to secure over 1 million metric tonnes EPR credits through CPCB-certified recyclers. Through its mobile app, it introduces real-time tracking, secure digital payments, and e-auction capabilities to streamline digital commodity trade. The app has boarded over 3,000 recyclers or collectors across India. The other notable players in this space are Recykal and Recircle.
