Various platforms like YouTube, Google Pay, Amazon, Zomato, Cred, and LinkedIn have adopted gamification as a strategy to increase user engagement, conversions, and ad revenues. Gamification involves using hyper-casual, tap-and-play games to engage customers and enhance revenue. For example, LinkedIn found that playing games on their platform was professionally rewarding for users. Similarly, Google Pay's Diwali stamps game went viral and boosted customer experience. Zomato's Zomato Premier League increased customer conversions and orders. Amazon and YouTube have also incorporated gamification to maximize ad revenues. The gamification market is projected to grow significantly, with the global market size estimated to reach around $116.68 billion by 2032.
