Indian beauty and fashion retailer, Nykaa, aims to speed up its order-to-delivery time by delivering 70-80% of all orders on the same or next day to major cities. In Q2 2022, half of all orders in these cities were fulfilled within this timeframe, thanks to an expanded network of warehouses. Nykaa has also focused on bringing warehouses closer together, resulting in a 45% reduction in order-to-delivery timings within the last three years. The company plans to fulfill 50% of orders in the next 110-112 cities at a similar speed by September.
