Proptech startup NoBroker, India's first proptech unicorn, has launched Convozen, a small language model (SLM) AI platform that leverages machine learning (ML) to transcribe and analyse customer conversations in multiple languages. The B2B platform integrates standard operating procedures (SOPs) and a knowledge base, automating quality assessment and providing insights to improve business operations. Convozen's features include transcription of customer-agent conversations, sentiment analysis, real-time support and guidance for service agents, and personalised dashboards. The platform claims to automate up to 90% of call audits and improve agent performance by 30%.
