HouseEazy, an online marketplace for pre-owned homes, has raised Rs 33.5 crore (around $4 million) in Series A led by Chiratae Ventures Fund with participation from Veena Jindal, Antler Innovation Fund, and IA Growth Opportunities Fund. The board at HouseEazy has issued a total of 3,915 shares at a face value of Rs 10 and premium of Rs 85,666 on preferential basis and by way of private placement, the company’s regulatory filings with Registrar of Companies show. Chiratae Ventures has invested Rs 29.62 crore, whereas Antler Innovation Fund invested Rs 2.86 crore. IA Growth Opportunities Fund and Veena Jindal invested Rs 76.25 lakh and Rs 29 lakh respectively. As per startup data intelligence platform TheKredible, HouseEazy has reached a valuation of Rs 156 crore post money (over $18 million). The company may raise more funds in this round and the valuation will vary accordingly. In December 2023, HouseEazy raised $1 million in a seed round led by Antler and picked up $370,000 in pre seed funding in June 2022. Founded in 2021 by Tarun Sainani and Deepak Bhatia, HouseEazy is building a full-stack, data driven technology platform to provide the best prices and instant liquidity to sellers and title-checked, refurbished, ready-to-move-in homes to buyers. The Noida-based company says that it uses a proprietary machine-learning algorithm with over 1.25 million data points to provide real-time price offers, eliminating the need for multiple meetings & negotiations for sellers. In December, HouseEazy claimed that it reached an ARR of Rs 250 crore (GMV) while maintaining profitability. The firm expects to hit Rs 1,000 crore ARR by March 2025 from the NCR market alone. For the fiscal year ending March 2023 (FY23), HouseEazy registered Rs 2.78 crore in operating revenue with Rs 44 lakh in loss.

Proptech startup Flent raises $2.5 Mn in pre-Series A round Bengaluru-based proptech startup Flent has raised Rs 21 crore (about $2.5 million) in a Pre-Series A round, including Rs 17 crore in equity and Rs 4 crore in debt. The proceeds will be used to expand beyond Bengaluru, with Mumbai and Gurugram identified as the next markets. Flent also plans to roll out new offerings across the rental journey, including flatmate discovery, vacancy protection for landlords, and AI-led location and budget discovery tools. Founded in October 2023 by Mayank Lalwani, Rishabh Agnihotri, and Shail Daswani, Flent operates a full-stack rental platform offering fully furnished, move-in-ready homes with flexible lease terms. It manages the entire lifecycle, design, onboarding, tenant screening, maintenance, and rent assurance while removing brokerage and large security deposits. Flent currently manages 350 rooms across 140 premium homes in Bengaluru, with reported occupancy levels of 90–95%. The average customer stay is around 14 months, according to the company. On the supply side, the brand is targeting high-value residential properties, particularly those owned by investors and NRIs, where professional property management remains fragmented.

Electric commercial vehicle startup Qucev has raised Rs 131.25 crore (approximately $15 million) in Series B round led by existing investor Singularity AMC with the participation of Lotus Family Trust, Volrado Venture Partners, Anchorage Capital and others. According to its regulatory filing with the Registrar of Companies (RoC) in September 2025, Qucev’s board issued 4,467,375 Series B compulsorily convertible preference shares at an issue price of Rs 293.8 per share to raise the said amount. Singularity AMC led the tranche with an investment of Rs 25.76 crore (nearly $3 million), followed by Lotus Family Trust, which put in Rs 18.5 crore. Anchorage Capital, Volrado Venture Partners, Param Capital, and S Gupta Family Investments each invested Rs 17.98 crore. The remaining amount was contributed by other investors, including angel investors Lakshay Singhal, Anubhav Gupta and company’s founder Naresh Rawal. According to Entrackr’s analysis, the company is currently valued at around Rs 538 crore or $61 million post-money. Founded in 2022 by Naresh Rawal, Qucev is a next-generation electric commercial vehicle company in partnership with China-based EV manufacturer BYD, designs and manufactures electric tractors, trucks, buses, and three-wheelers, focusing on sustainable and cost-effective mobility. Beyond manufacturing and sales, Qucev also offers financing, charging infrastructure, and fleet solutions. According to startup data intelligence platform TheKredible, Qucev has previously raised around $4 million from Singularity AMC, Barclays and Maa Creations. For the fiscal year ended March 2025, the company did not report any product sales and generated Rs 2.08 crore from the sale of services. During the same period, it recorded a loss of Rs 9.35 crore. Qucev competes with players like Euler Motors, Altigreen, as well as established names such as Mahindra Electric, Piaggio, Kinetic Green, Tata, and others.
