The system allows teachers to record short voice debriefs, which are converted into structured academic updates, operational records, and parent-facing communication. The company says this helps educators reduce screen time and focus more on classroom engagement. CuePilot operates as a full-stack platform covering academics, attendance, health logs, billing, admissions, and parent communication. The startup is targeting a segment where data is often fragmented across messaging apps, spreadsheets, and legacy software. CuePilot currently works with over 130 schools across India and Southeast Asia. The firm plans to scale to 1,000 schools globally over the next 12–18 months, with a focus on expansion into the US, where average revenue per school is higher.
