Swiggy minis is not doing the same in minis seller need to send their links to public to show their products And our app will show all nearby shops without sharing any link Basically minis make a website like platform for single stores Who will like to find store link then store products and then click on other store link to see their products it's too disgusting
You should check swiggy minis it is doing the same in very low commission

Firstly your financial model is really bad because charging 70rs/monthly from per seller gives you lots of problems like negative cash flow , less net profit for expansion and many things become hurdles in your growth . Now let's take a example for simple 100 rupees tshirt . Seller buy 100 tshirt from wholesale and he added 20rs profit margins Now sellers listing in your plateform at 120rs Now your plateform also charge 5rs as a listing fees - now the price is 125rs Now person order 125rs tshirt from your plateform Now add gst and taxes around 8rs Now price is 133rs Now add packaging charges of 2rs Now price is 135 rupees Now add delivery charges of 20 rupees ( minimum ) Now the price is 155 rupees .... Now bro go and check same thing on meesho and shopsy they are giving it under 120 rupees even currently I'm not adding many cost so please hire someone who can modify your overall models otherwise it's really problematic for you
