Sales Online Metrics: Conversion Rate: The percentage of visitors who take the desired action (e.g., purchase). Average Order Value (AOV): How much customers are spending per transaction. Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): The cost of acquiring a new customer. Revenue Growth: The rate at which sales are increasing month over month or year over year. Cart Abandonment Rate: Percentage of customers who add items to their cart but do not complete the purchase. Offline Metrics: Sales Volume: Total number of sales made in a given period. In-store Conversion Rate: Foot traffic to sales ratio in physical stores. Coupon Redemptions: The number of coupons or promotions used in-store. Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) (still applies offline for costs related to physical advertising, events, etc.). 2. Leads Generation Online Metrics: Cost per Lead (CPL): How much you’re spending to acquire a lead. Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads that convert into paying customers. Click-Through Rate (CTR): Effectiveness of ads, emails, or landing pages at generating interest. Form Abandonment Rate: The percentage of users who start but don’t finish filling out lead generation forms. Offline Metrics: Leads Collected at Events/Tradeshows: Number of leads captured through face-to-face interactions. Referral Leads: Leads coming from word-of-mouth or traditional referral programs. Phone Inquiry Volume: Number of leads contacting the business via phone. 3. Brand Awareness Online Metrics: Reach & Impressions: How many people see your content and how often (on social media, ads). Branded Search Volume: How many people are searching for your brand specifically. Social Media Mentions: Number of times your brand is mentioned across social platforms. Share of Voice (SOV): How much of the market conversation is dominated by your brand compared to competitors. Offline Metrics: Brand Recall Surveys: Asking potential customers if they remember your brand after exposure. Billboard/Print Ad Reach: Estimating the number of people exposed to your brand through outdoor ads. Media Impressions: How many people your brand reaches via TV, radio, and print coverage. 4.Retention Customer Online Metrics: Churn Rate: Percentage of customers who stop doing business with you over a given period.
