🚨Zomato is reportedly testing something new, and it’s got everyone talking! Recently, user Param Sharma shared a screenshot of a “Flash Sale” pop-up on his app. Here’s how it works: if someone cancels their order, it goes up for grabs in a flash sale—so you can swoop in and claim a freshly prepared, sealed meal at half the price! 💥 In Param’s case, that meant a meal originally priced at Rs. 260 was offered at just Rs. 130, with delivery promised in only 5 minutes. This sounds like a smart way to reduce food waste and score some tasty deals, but it does raise some interesting questions. Will this encourage more people to cancel their orders, knowing their food might just be “rescued” by someone else? Or is this an innovative way to make quality food affordable and sustainable? What’s your take? Is this true? Has anyone else been offered this too-good-to-be-true deal? Also, is Zomato onto something brilliant here, or is this a potential slippery slope?
