Hourly wage should be a thing in india, honestly. All the mistreatment and overwork and frowns you get when you leave by 6 or 7 is just stupid,. Pay me then, I will work till 9p everyday, pay me for those extra 3 hours too na fir. Bass every drop of blood, sweat and tears squeeze karlo and then claim innocence when your employees end up killing themselves. Kab seekhenge log.
