What are some steps do you all guys use to reduce your screentime?

It’s not necessary to reduce the screen time for everyone. For someone who is having very delusional Lifestyle, they are just OK with it. On the other hand, if you have some real goals and to move towards it a bit everyday, you should not control your phone, you have to do that to your brain 🧠 instead.
