Over the past few months, I have managed to reduce my screentime by, ~ uninstalling all the social media apps from my phone and only use them from my browser. ~ also, I never save my passwords or keep myself logged in for these websites. After using it for a couple of minutes, I logout and close the entire tab, making it less convenient for accessing them. ~ I have started using my phone in the Black & White mode (usually it's under the Eye comfort in Display Settings). No colors make it boring and prevent prolonged usage. ~ and while I'm working or need myself in the focused mode, the Zen Mode makes it extremely easy to be less distracted and be in an interrupted Flow state. These changes worked for me.
