Under fire, Ola Electric taps EY India to get back on track

Ola Electric has enlisted EY India for a "service transformation" project in response to customer complaints, declining sales volumes, and after-sales service issues. EY India will advise Ola Electric on various aspects of its service operations, including streamlining business processes, inventory management of spare parts, and improving on-ground presence. A team of EY executives has been deployed to help manage the immediate crisis and establish effective processes and systems. Ola Electric plans to increase its service centers from 400 to 1,000 by the end of the year. The company has faced scrutiny from consumer watchdogs and policymakers due to customer complaints and alleged violations of consumer rights.
