Your agency is bleeding money on automation tools you don't even control. I just killed every subscription. N8N, Zapier, Make , gone. Built a local AI system that does everything they do, except it runs on my laptop, costs zero rupees, and I own every line of code. Here's what people don't get: the problem isn't the monthly fees. When Zapier changes their pricing (they will), or N8N pushes an update that breaks your workflows (it does), you're stuck rebuilding everything from scratch. So I built one brain that handles my entire content operation. Uses Ollama running llama3.2-3b-instruct locally. Generates blog posts with Yoast optimization baked in. Creates social media content, video scripts, even SRT files. Publishes directly to WordPress. Posts across all platforms. Pulls YouTube analytics and visualizes them. Has a Kanban board for task management. Scrapes news feeds and turns them into content instantly. Total cost: ₹0. Setup time: 3 hours. Performance: handles 50+ content pieces daily without breaking a sweat. The agencies that survive the next 18 months won't be the ones with the fanciest tool stack. They'll be the ones who stopped renting their infrastructure and started owning it. While competitors are arguing about which SaaS tool to add next, you could be building systems that compound value instead of expenses. But here's what I'm still figuring out: how many Indian agencies are ready to give up the comfort of "it just works" SaaS tools for the control of local systems? The technical barrier isn't the issue , vibe coding with AI makes this accessible to anyone who can think through a workflow.
