Does entrepreneurship get easier? Someone asked me this today. I'll answer this with my story: I run two companies. Both completely unrelated to each other. Most people struggle running just one. I've been doing this since I was 19. I've had my share of troubles, sleepless nights, and struggles that seemed never-ending. Starting my first company was hard. Running it was harder. The second company was slightly easier. Did the game get easier? Absolutely Not. I just got better at the game. It's the same as lifting weights. The weights never get lighter. You get stronger. Show up on the bad days. Lift weights that feel heavier than the world. Do it long enough... And the weights that were once your PR become your warmup.
