Yeah, ofcourse you can. Infact, most of the ideas posted are still in the prototype or ideation stage. Just note that Startup Showcase is a monthly contest where you can only post you ideas upto 25th of each month. So since it's aldready 25th, you can either wait till first or second of feb untill the next month's MSS will start or you can simply post your idea as a post in their main feed. You'll get good feedback based on that and you can use that to post refined idea during the next startup showcase.
