But in current market we have doctor appointment booking platform which would instantly generate tokens and allocate particular times for patients, which would avoid waiting time. And, one more doubt i got was if you approach clinics or similar hospitals consider that they would already have less footfall per days, which there is no necessity of a qms. Sorry for asking more, why i am asking is i was working on a similar idea and i got into similar issues. So could you discuss more of how we solve this?

Assuming something is works is good but not fine it must be applied on ground level lets make mvp and show it to 5 local clinics if only one of them convince then idea works.
