I built an end-to-end AI concierge for Airbnb & Booking com — without hallucinations. Over the last few weeks, I built a fully automated AI workflow that reads guest manuals, understands messages, and replies safely and accurately at scale. This isn’t a wrapper. It’s a production-grade system integrated into real booking infrastructure. Here’s the architecture: 1. The Event Pipeline: Guest messages from Airbnb or Booking.com hit a Hostaway Webhook. A Firebase Cloud Function captures the payload and writes it to Firestore, triggering the AI pipeline. 2. Phase 1: Intent & Risk Classification Using Vertex AI (Gemini 2.5 Flash), the system analyzes conversation history. ・It outputs structured JSON to determine: ・Urgency: (Low/Medium/High) ・Intent: (Check-in, Complaint, Emergency, Request) ・Safety: Can we auto-reply? Result: If it’s a sensitive issue or emergency, the AI stops immediately. No risky auto-replies.
