What’s the last app you used without complaining for a minute? Well if you can relate to this question then we maybe on same page. Honestly, this has become a very big problem nowadays. Users are getting frustrated with their favourite apps pushing aggressive ads and paywalls, more than they can tolerate. And in return, they degrade their user experience, and completely deviate from the real problem, for which they started in first place. Following this, new apps are going the same path, seeing the profits gained by this method. Leaving users with no real alternative. But, there are apps I often found, which care for their users more than short-term profits, by not following the same path like others. But these are very difficult to find, as they don't have enough resources to compete with the dominant players. So, what are the possible ways to make these rare apps more mainstream? And what measures can be taken to moderate them, once they start getting attention? Curious how others think about this.
