Congratulations 🎉. I will share my short story about how i lost 9 lakhs. Actually I had zero experience in the food industry. I started a restaurant because I thought it would generate a minimum monthly profit and I could use that amount to fund my other main startups ideas. I started with 50,000. from then it kept on asking for investment. in the movement i took 2 personal loans ( biggest mistake) from bajaj and prefr. I was struck and trapped in the emi repayment cycle and also chef salaries, rent and food expenses. It took me 2 years to realise my mistake. by that time I already lost a lot of money. Food business is one of the hardest business in my experience. Guidance and research is very important before starting a restaurant.
