I have an idea to make a recruitment platform where teachers will be judged by their teaching videos rather than resume . problem statement - Recruiters cannot know how a teacher teaches only by their resume . Conducting demo takes too much time and efforts . So recruiters will have a first impression about candidate by video . parents unable to find good home tutions , they only trust on brands or pehchan wala . But they can judge by videos . New teachers , specially housewives and college students who are excellent at teaching but not have a good resume can showcase his creativity and skills . What my platform will do - Create a Teacher Profile Enter name, subject(s), class range, and location. Record a Teaching Video Upload Video on own YouTube channel Copy the YouTube Link ,Copy the video URL after uploading. Add Video Link to ACHARYA Profile Publish Profile Your profile goes live with your teaching video. Get Discovered by Parents
