Something I’ve been noticing while interacting with both founders and students. Students are often told: “Just focus on learning. Money will come later.” Founders are often told: “Just build the product. Marketing can wait.” Both sound logical. Both create blind spots. What I’m learning is this: Skill without visibility gets ignored. Product without distribution stays invisible. The ones moving faster seem to do both quietly and consistently. “Jo dikhta hai, wahi bikta hai.” Still learning. Still observing.
