If you’re a founder stuck on one specific problem — not generic stuff, but something that’s actually blocking progress — read this. At theCosmic, we’re opening up one slot to work closely with a founder for 45–60 days on one clearly defined problem. No gyaan. No surface-level advice. We go all-in: • break the problem down • figure out where it’s actually breaking (positioning, execution, distribution, strategy, etc.) • build a clear plan • execute it closely, along with mentor input where it truly helps If things align, we work together. If they don’t, we don’t force it. Whatever happens, I’ll document the learnings — whether it works or not. If you’re facing something real and want to talk it through, drop a comment/ filled the google form or DM. We’ll discuss first. Then decide.

Why don’t we have our own AI like Iron Man’s FRIDAY yet? ChatGPT is amazing, but even in the paid version, it forgets old messages. Why can’t we train a personal AI model that remembers us long-term — like “You’re FRIDAY, you help me with tech.” One

Most investors will read 3 slides. If they’re bored by slide 2, you’re done. Worst 2 offenders in Indian founder decks: 1. Vision slide full of buzzwords “India’s first AI-powered Web3 platform to revolutionise XYZ.” (No one cares. They don’t even

You don’t need a “perfect idea” You need one problem that annoys you enough to solve it That’s how every one of my apps started What’s one problem you’d build an app for right now?
