I’m not perfect, but I’m consistent. Where It Started Friday AI began with curiosity, not business pressure. We explored emotional intelligence, emotional AI, and artificial emotional reasoning. We worked with open-source datasets, fine-tuned multiple models, studied neural schemas, and explored architectures beyond standard transformer-based LLMs. We even built and fine-tuned a small model ourselves. Technically, it was strong. Business-wise, it wasn’t enough. The Reality Check The chatbot and conversational AI market is overcrowded. Competition is extreme - So we pivoted. The Pivot to Real Pain - Every Enterprise faces the same problems: GPU overuse Rising cloud and token costs Pressure to maintain quality without overspending That pain became the foundation of - the Adaptive Plugin.
