Building smarter cod... • 19h

I strongly believe that while idea and domain knowledge are important to start a startup, they are not enough to make it successful. Real success comes from proper planning, disciplined execution, continuous tracking, regular testing, and fast feedback-based iteration. In fact, ideas should not be treated as fixed from the beginning. Through the cycle of planning → execution → feedback → iteration, better ideas emerge based on priority and real customer needs, which ultimately lead to a successful startup. Focus on what customer needs and what they like rather then what you want to build.

The startup graveyard is full of great ideas. What’s missing? Relentless, boring, uncomfortable execution. Getting feedback that hurts. Iterating in public. Ideas are free. Execution is rare. Best builders know the difference.
