Outside the hut there will be a small retail section where guests can buy premium products. This includes my own spice brand OmniBlend along with other authentic Kerala masalas, local snacks and cultural items. This creates an additional retail revenue stream and adds a tactile element to the guest experience. We can arrange house boating, kayaking, village tours, farm visits, toddy tapping demonstrations and customised activity plans for guests who want a full backwater experience. Everything is designed to feel organic and rooted in the culture of Kuttanadu but delivered in a clean premium and safe way.
