I am building a complete Kerala experience ecosystem that connects premium toddy, authentic Kerala food, curated travel packages and a fully private stay in Kuttanadu. The goal is to create a small but powerful business cluster where every element supports the other and gives guests a memorable experience. The stay will be inside a traditional air conditioned hut located on my land in Kainady. Guests will be served clean certified premium toddy along with traditional Kerala meals that are prepared in an authentic way. Alongside this we offer complete Kerala travel packages that include airport pick up and drop, intercity travel, guided locality tours, and personalised transportation using my own commercial taxi and partner vehicles.

Outside the hut there will be a small retail section where guests can buy premium products. This includes my own spice brand OmniBlend along with other authentic Kerala masalas, local snacks and cultural items. This creates an additional retail revenue stream and adds a tactile element to the guest experience. We can arrange house boating, kayaking, village tours, farm visits, toddy tapping demonstrations and customised activity plans for guests who want a full backwater experience. Everything is designed to feel organic and rooted in the culture of Kuttanadu but delivered in a clean premium and safe way.
