Lately I’ve been reading Zero to One by Peter Thiel, and one idea completely grabbed me. Thiel explains that the future is built in two ways: 1. Globalization: taking what works somewhere and scaling it everywhere. 2. Technology/Innovation: creating something entirely new that didn’t exist before. But what really stands out is the question he uses as a foundation for any meaningful startup: “What important truth do very few people agree with you on?” It’s uncomfortable and forces us to challenge assumptions, question the obvious, and think from first principles. This isn’t just a question for founders. It’s a question for anyone who wants to build rather than copy.
