so basically dude most of the amount is been eaten by contractors and all like no doubt the govt gives funds but inside u don't know right what these ppl are doing showing that it's a good quality material and putting low quality and there is no innovation because if they do innovation and do the roads proper they will lose a opportunity to grab crore together money from the funds so the more road gets damage the better for contractor that what they want always want to eat money from the funds of government so that why they aren't doing any innovation if roads become best how would they eat the money dude
