This reply made me smile 😊 A few days ago, I shared an email I had sent to someone who added 8-10 people in the TO field while sending a cold email, instead of using BCC. It wasn’t meant to call anyone out, it was meant to *educate.* Yesterday, I received this reply (the image you see in this post). She said, “I genuinely had no clue about this process.” And when I read “no clue,” I couldn’t help but smile, because, well, you know why 😉 But what truly made me happy was this, she replied *only to me*, not to everyone else. She actually *implemented* the feedback instantly. No ego. No excuses. Just humility and willingness to learn. That’s rare, and refreshing. Sometimes, people won’t know what they did wrong. But how you make them aware makes all the difference. Teach. Don’t shame. Guide. Don’t ridicule. That’s how we all grow — together.
