we actually have a close community of founders youngest being the 16 and we have kept it invite only. we scout people or talk to them first before adding them. community is silent most of the time but when conversations happen it is of quality and sometime fun. no link sharing or random ads. its actually best to keep the rules strict because as you said i am part of a lot of communities and all most all are just ads and spam groups.
