Most people start their Monday with a to-do list. I start mine by making sure I have *no* pending emails. This Monday was the first working day at The Clueless Company after 9 days of Diwali and Gujarati New Year holidays. And just like every single time after a break… the first thing I did was clear my inbox. Inbox: 0. Always. It’s non-negotiable for me. Because for me, cluttered inbox = cluttered mind. And I can’t make space for new ideas, opportunities, or energy unless I’ve cleared what’s already waiting for me. The first few hours back weren’t about rushing into meetings or replying to every message. It was about regaining control — mentally and operationally. Sometimes productivity isn’t about *doing more.* It’s about *removing what doesn’t belong anymore.*
