The Crazzy Grind - Day 18: The Scariest Button I've Ever Added. For the past few weeks, Crazzy has been a completely free, open-source project. But it's always been my dream to turn it into a sustainable, long-term business. Today, I've taken the first, most terrifying step towards that goal. I've just added a payment gateway. The generous free plan isn't going anywhere. But for the power users who need more, I've introduced a simple, pay-as-you-go model where you can buy credit packs. This is the moment of truth. The moment I find out if what I've built is just a "cool project," or a "valuable product" that people are actually willing to pay for. No matter what happens, this feels like the real beginning. Thanks for being here for it.
