Some conversations stay with you forever. Meeting Mr. Harsh Mariwala (Marico) and Mr. Mithun Sancheti (CaratLane - A TATA Product) was one of those rare moments. Mithun’s keynote on resilience hit deep. From starting Caratlane in 2008 with a dream of selling jewellery online — to building a ₹3,000+ crore brand with 320+ stores and navigating multiple shakeups before partnering with the Tata Group — his journey is pure grit in action. And then there’s Mr. Mariwala — who turned Marico into a ₹10,000+ crore global powerhouse yet continues to lead with humility, curiosity, and purpose. That’s what true leadership looks like. Grateful to Rishabh Mariwala and Ascent for curating such meaningful spaces for founders to learn, connect, and grow.
