I work at the intersection of customers, data, and products analyzing trends, gathering requirements, and turning insights into actionable plans to maximize impact. From launching features to improving adoption and optimizing processes, I focus on results for both customers and business. Here’s how I work: if a decision negatively impacts customers, I’ll speak up respectfully but firmly. I’m not “yes to everything,” and I’ll question processes to ensure they make sense.
