We see AI not as a replacement for the human advocate, but as the ultimate sparring partner. It’s a tool to help people master the uniquely human skills of persuasion, critical thinking, and thinking on their feet. As one expert noted, computers have not yet figured out how to be advocates or exercise judgment in the creative way a well-trained lawyer can.
