🌱 Growth vs Scaling - A lesson I wish I had learned sooner When I first started building my business, I thought: "The revenue is increasing so I must be scaling." Then the truth hit me pretty hard. 👉 What I had absolutely been experiencing was growth. The introduction of more clients meant more revenue… more expenses, more hires, more stress. I was running faster but also burning a lot more fuel. 👉 Scaling felt different. That was when the revenue increased without the expenses increasing to catch it. That was when systems, automation and smarter processes started to do the heavy lifting. The business was moving forward… and I wasn't stuck on a treadmill. 💡 The difference is very straightforward. Growth = More effort, more output. Scaling = Smarter effort, exponential output. 🚀 One gave me size. The other, the freedom. So now every time I plan some type of expansion I ask myself: 👉 "Am I just growing… or I am truly scaling?"
