I’ve never seen a founder handle a situation like this. Every company—big or small—faces criticism at some point, but the way you’ve responded is completely unprofessional. If you truly weren’t in the wrong, there would be no need to use such foul language. Seeing a company founder speak like this on a public platform makes one wonder how toxic things might get in private conversations. This is absolutely not how a founder or leader should ever respond—no matter what the situation is. The right approach would have been to address the issue respectfully and make things right.
