There is so much a person can do for his business. A business can't be a One Man Show where a founder picks up everything and does things on his own. It's important that a founder should have appropriate knowledge in all the required departments in his company but that doesn't oblige them to take up all the work by themselves. Ability to Pick the right team, give autonomy and keep a bird's eye view on their work is a major advantage for a good founder .A good founder is a good leader and a good supervisor by default
