that's exactly correct, my side is that I worked as a chef and bartender and mostly worked with hotels. Now implementing the supply of a hotels base kitchen to its satellite kitchens inspired system is what I'm implementing in my business, with this age tech. it could be small like replacing KOT tickets to Tablets so that my line chefs don't wait for me the said SOP pop up right when the bell for the order rings. It takes 10 diffrent actions to cook 1 portion of dish and to make it big you got sell atleast 500 portions a day. So that's why I'm making a system based on food,coffee and tech to make make food like a chef, but only to reach the masses!
