Personally, I'd feel angry for a couple of days and then I'll move on and try to understand why I wasn't able to execute my idea faster than the other person. Also, of someone builds a big company based on my idea, I'll be motivated (as my idea had great potential) to think of some other idea and to execute it better this time.
