great idea. I've worked with a failed startup in this segment and can help you with my learnings 1. hyper locals are not willing to learn. we had great app, they didn't wana use it, so we hired interns who can update on their behalf and wasn't scalable. 2. customers wanted delivery, local shopkeeper tried supporting delivery but wasn't effective and always delayed 3. just using to understand discount, shopkeeper started playing evil. they will put low price and then started claiming that's out of stock and charge higher. lots more but here's something that you might also possibly face

Thank you for your valuable reply sir but we will not work on delivery based system it’s only to increase footfalls on the business stores and to tackle the part where they say they are out of stock so we will create offers for them in a way that it will make them money and user will get great offers so that’s our plan. But yeah i am ready for valuable feedbacks
