I’m an entrepreneur working on my own product. When I first started, I had a clear plan: build a simple MVP with just the core features and launch in three months. But as I get deeper into the process, I keep coming up with new ideas. Every time I think about the product, I imagine “one more feature” that could make it better — user profiles, notifications, integrations with third-party apps, analytics dashboards, etc. Now, instead of being excited about launching, I often feel stuck — like I’m chasing a moving target that keeps moving away from me even faster than I'm trying to reach it. “When you’re building a product or running a project like this, what challenges do you face the most — is it scope creep, shifting timelines, rising costs, or something else? And how do you usually deal with them?”

Actually, feedback should come from end users. So, instead of making it perfect, I'd suggest ship it fast, fail fast and iterate. That's how growth happens faster ⚡
